Jack Dewald is the owner and president of Agency Services, Inc. In addition to his agency operational duties, Jack has a long history of service to the local and nation insurance community. His many past and current accomplishments include Past Chairman, National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA), currently Director, NAILBA Charitable Foundation, currently Director, LIFE Foundation (Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education), currently Director and Vice Chairman, The Marketing Alliance, Inc. (symbol: MAAL), Past President, Memphis Life Underwriters Association and Past President of the Mid-South Health Underwriters Association.

Among his outside activities, Jack is a member and Elder of Grace Evangelical Church, Germantown, TN, and a member of the Memphis (East) Rotary Club. He was honored by the Memphis Business Journal in 1998 as one of their “Top Forty under Forty” list and was a 2002 MBJ finalist for “Executive of the Year”. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in Finance and Insurance. He has been married to his wife Beth for 25 years and has a son and a daughter.

Angie Pettinger has been with ASI since 1995 and is the Executive Vice President for Administration. Formerly, she headed up ASI’s TPA (Third Party Administration) Department. Now, in addition to her management and officer duties, Angie runs the day-to-day operations of the Health, Long Term Care and Senior Services Departments. She is the person you turn to for quotes, product information, and case status for Long Term Care and has a successful history of case design and point-of-sale work. She also handles the Part D and PFFS (Private Fee For Service) area, which is one of the newest and hottest areas in our industry.

Angie is originally from East Tennessee and is married to her husband Matt for 13 years.

Kim Reed has been with ASI since 1987 and in the brokerage business totally for 21 years and was an agent prior to that. He is the Vice President of Life/DI and holds both a CLU and ChFC designation. In addition to his management and officer duties, he specializes in the packaging of large and impaired risk life insurance cases, life and DI product introductions, and production and case management for the Disability Income Department. In service to the industry, Kim has served on both the Memphis Life Underwriters Association (MALU) and Memphis Chapter of CLU/ChFC boards and is currently on the board (and Treasurer) for SUB-Centers, Inc., a national insurance study group.

Kim attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and has been married to his wife Darlynn for 12 years.

Darlynn Reed is a veteran of over 35 years in the insurance industry. She has been with ASI since 1986. For many years, Darlynn was Vice President of the Health Department. She now heads up Commissions and Accounting for ASI. She is the one that makes sure your contract gets approved and, yes, she is the one who makes sure you get paid.

Darlynn is a graduate of Milligan College in Johnson City, Tennessee and has been married to her husband Kim for 12 years.

Charlotte Greene was a very successful agent, starting in 1978, before entering the brokerage business in 1983. She has been with ASI since 1987. She holds both CLU and ChFC designations. Charlotte is the case manager in charge of large case and impaired risk life insurance cases. She is the person to talk to when you have a case that you are having problems with getting an offer on or maybe even understanding. In 20+ years, she has probably seen every impairment known to man and knows how various companies would underwrite them.

Charlotte has been married to her husband Ish for 40 years and has three sons.

Cyndi has been with ASI since 1999. She is our client relations manager and the contact for your weekly updates, concerns and general questions. Prior to taking on this role she worked as a case manager and underwriter in our life department for 7 years.

Cyndi attended Arkansas State University, has been married to her husband Chris for 14 years and has one son who is 4.

Marsha has been with ASI since 1997 and is the case manager for both individual and group health. Her job duties include health insurance underwriting and quoting for this product line. Marsha is also the person to check with regarding product availability in certain areas and the best plans to offer your clients. She can also help you with any health policyholder service needs you have.

Donna Hines began her insurance career in 1988 in the brokerage business. Since that time she has continued to work with brokers and agents in helping them with sales solutions in the insurance market.

Donna joined Agency Services in 1993. She is the Director of Sales and Marketing, where she plans and develops marketing campaigns, advertising schedules, sales strategies and training. She continues to work with agents and brokers on a daily basis.

Donna is a Past President of the Mid-South Association of Health Underwriters and is a current member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Gale Ramey has been with ASI since 2000. She is the Manager of the Accounting Department. In addition to taking care of the money, Gale also has many office management responsibilities.

Gale holds an FLMI (Fellow of the Life Management Institute) and has been married to Ralph for 33 years.

Linda Harriott has been ASI’s trusted receptionist since 1988. She is the first voice you hear when you call our Memphis office. She is also an assistant to the Accounting Department and has other duties inside the agency.

Rena is our internal sales specialist and provides sales support to our customers. She makes sure that our customers are informed about new products, product changes and promotional programs. She also is involved with setting up our agent training seminars and webinars.

Rena attended University of Memphis where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism. Rena has one son who is 16.

After a long career as an agent, Bryan Brackin joined ASI last year. Bryan is the Brokerage Consultant for the state of Arkansas. He is available to help with quotes, product information and sales ideas.

Bryan has been married to his wife Pam for 35 years and has 2 daughters and a son.

Natalie comes to ASI with several years of experience in the brokerage business and many existing relationships. She lives and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. She works with our existing brokers and clients as well as develops new relationships. Natalie is available to help you with your Life, Health, LTC, Annuity and DI sales needs. She can assist with quotes, case design, sales ideas and concepts and is also willing to help with point-of-sale support.

She is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Finance/Insurance. She has been married to her husband Steve for 3 years.
